Non-dairy creamers or coffee whiteners are liquid or granular substances intended to substitute for milk or cream as an additive to coffee, tea, hot chocolate or other beverages. Dry granular products do not need to be refrigerated and can be used and stored in locations, which do not have a refrigerator.

Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process has the following steps:
- Mixing of ingredients
- Homogenization of mixture
- Spray drying
When the batch has been mixed, the concentrate is homogenized and stored in a tank before Spray Drying. The homogenized concentrate is sprayed by using nozzles via a high-pressure pump.
